Asking that only motivated, positive, hard working people apply!The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.<ul><li>Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.</li><li>Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.</li><li>Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.</li><li>Assist in all in-store operational processes.</li><li>Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.</li><li>Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.</li><li>Attend mandatory training and team meetings.</li><li>Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Guest Service Experience (1 year)</li><li>Sales and Marketing Experience</li><li>Salon Experience Preferred</li><li>Current Esthetic Students Preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full Time, Part TimeAvailability: Some Nights and Weekends RequiredEducation: High School, or equivalent*Please Note: If you apply to multiple FACE FOUNDRIÉ locations, you may be contacted by different Hiring Managers because each location does their own hiring.
