The Assistant AD will report to the Athletic Director and ultimately, the school Headmaster, and will be seen as another Athletics Administrator on campus, as well as overseeing all functions that an Athletic Director is responsible for particularly Middle School coach oversight and evaluation, scheduling, facility rentals oversight, student registrations, social media and communications, heading up Archway early release sports day, which will include appropriate staffing as well as communication with the Archway on pick up/drop off and registrations. The Assistant AD will be the main point of contact for the Great Hearts Middle School League (GHMSL), attending all meetings and voting on the behalf of their Academy, and making proposals to the league based on school needs.
