Ensures periodic planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, and/or checks are completed on, but not limited to: generators, boilers, chillers, pumps, drives, water softener systems, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, alarm, and HVAC systems, including water tower systems. Exercises independent judgment in regards to execution of maintenance work and work performed by contractors or vendors.
