Responsible for diagnoses, troubleshooting, and repairs/fixes for network hardware, cabling, testing of new and upgraded network hardware and wiring problems, with minimal interruption to users. Operates within the network performance certification and ensures IT server room, data closets and equipment is kept clean, organized and in good working order.
