The Captain of Support Services works collaboratively with company officers, shift personnel, and department leadership to identify operational needs, improve organizational efficiency, maintain equipment and resource accountability, and ensure that support functions effectively meet the needs of emergency response operations. Under the general direction of the Deputy Fire Chief, the Captain of Support Services coordinates and oversees designated administrative, logistical, training, equipment, and operational support functions for the Haines City Fire Department.
