Experience in - Wealth management or RIA client service - Banking, trust administration, or financial operations - Legal assistant or administrative roles - Proficiency with office and productivity tools, including: - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - PDF and document management tools - Electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign - Experience working in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, or similar) - Strong attention to detail and ability to self-review work for accuracy - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (not required) . - Prepare and process new account paperwork with custodians - Complete client service agreements, disclosures, and forms with accuracy - Manage DocuSign workflows and documentation tracking - Follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely completion .
