The Director of Procedural and Surgical Services provides 24-hour leadership and operational oversight for the OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Cath Lab, and EP Lab , ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Working closely with executive leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, the Director promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.
