Works with wood, metal or synthetic material to construct, repair, modify, rebuild or install typical building systems and components of hospital properties such as, but not limited to, wall systems, ceiling systems, floors, doors, frames, shelving, cabinet systems, ceiling (IV and curtain) tracks, patient area wall hardware, locks, door hardware, minor plumbing repairs and other equipment/hardware as required. Performs upkeep of the Physical Plant performing carpentry related functions as they relate to maintenance and repair of Hospital facilities upkeep, renovations and construction.
