Keeps the HumanGood Memory Support Program Philosophy at the core of all planning and implementation of activities and care to meet the specific needs of residents; Supervises Team Members in the Memory Support; supervision includes management of work schedules, hiring, training, evaluating, employee development, coaching, discipline, salary increases, and adjustments; Leads by example and collaborates with Director of Community Life to ensure team members engage residents in programs. Maintains readiness for licensing and accreditation survey; Participates in Safely You Huddle Calls, reviews falls and responses to falls; ensures permission for Safely You is obtained from families (in agreement) and maintains documentation of permission; Ensures Wandergard system (when in place) functions per guidelines; Leads and/ or participates in resident related meetings (Resident Review Committee Meetings, Care Plan Meetings, Family Meetings, etc.).
