This includes youth and families, formal and informal supports, service providers, funders, county staff, schools and Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS), disability-serving organizations, community agencies, and other professionals involved in supporting the youth. As a Support and Service Coordinator, you’ll help turn those goals into meaningful opportunities by connecting families with the right resources, advocating for their choices, and helping youth participate fully in their homes and communities.
