Administrative and Clerical SupportProvide administrative and clerical support to the Elementary Principal; Prepare class rosters, schedules, reports, correspondence, and other materials needed for the school year; Assist with copying, filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance; Support office workflows and organizational systems to ensure efficient operations; Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned; Work collaboratively with the office and administrative team to support school-wide initiatives and events. Front Office and Family SupportHelp maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional front office environment for students, parents, visitors, and faculty; Greet and assist families and guests entering the elementary office; Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls or visitors appropriately; Provide exceptional customer service and support to school families; Assist in communicating school procedures, schedules, and information to parents and staff; Support the overall mission and daily operations of the elementary division.
