Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Planning, scheduling, and directing comprehensive electrical, mechanical, and structural maintenance, overhauls, and repairs; 2) Coordinating multi-facility rehabilitation, repair, and construction projects; 3) Managing and executing multi-year operations and maintenance (O&M) and capital construction project budgets; and 4) Leading, evaluating, and directing a diversified workforce of trades, crafts, and technical personnel (such as Wage Grade and Power Schedule staff).
