Plans and oversees the bidding process which includes, but is not limited to, insurance (property and liability, worker's compensation, and athletic injury), supplies (office, maintenance and custodial), auxiliary enterprises (bookstore and food service), fuel, electricity, copier paper, and depository contracts. Required Knowledge: Has primary responsibility for managing-in ways consistent with the strategic direction of the CEO-business operations, accounting procedures, financial planning and management, business accounting, risk management, endowment and investment management, and facilities management.
