On the international and warehouse side, you'll coordinate import and export clearance and customs documentation (HTS codes, country of origin, Incoterms, commercial invoices, bills of lading), handle hazmat and oversized shipments, and oversee receiving, staging, and inventory accuracy across our warehouse locations. You'll negotiate freight contracts, lane rates, and carrier agreements directly with brokers and forwarders, reconcile invoices against POs and contract rates, and manage freight claims (damage, loss, delay, demurrage) end to end with carriers and insurers.
