Clinical Workflow & Change Management: Partner closely with Nursing leadership, Clinical Informatics, and frontline staff to map current/future workflows, assess impact, design training strategies, and drive operational change management for seamless clinical adoption. This role requires an individual who not only understands the technical infrastructure (hardware, network, telephony/middleware, and EHR integrations) but also deeply understands clinical workflow transformation, change management, and end-user adoption within the Nursing and Clinical community.
