The Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider, in collaboration and consultation with consulting physicians and other health care professionals, provides holistic, compassionate, medically necessary behavioral health treatment services to patients/residents and provides care coordination and care management activities. This is likely to include, but not limited to, PACE participants, MJH nursing home residents, DGH hospital patients, research participants, and community-based patients.
