Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:Assist Corporate Development and Affiliation teams with a wide variety of projects relating to potential affiliations, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives to drive growth of the businessPerform financial modeling and analysis of acquisition targets, including valuation and financial statement analysisHelps to manage the entire due diligence and acquisition process of solo affiliations in addition to large group and strategic acquisitionsLeads the financial review process and partners with internal teams to streamline the financial process while ensuring consistency and accuracyResearches, analyzes, and evaluates related industries, market segments, business models, and competitive information for other non-transaction related initiativesAssists in presentation of acquisition and strategic opportunities to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership team and boardSupports business owners and other leaders with ad hoc analysis and strategic projectsAssist internal teams throughout entire deal process, including working closely with business development teamFacilitate efficient deal closing and coordinate with operations and integration teams for smooth practice transitions Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience or commensurate experience in this areaExperience in building and reviewing financial modelsStrong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasksAbility to collaborate across departments in order to drive initiatives forwardAbility to travel overnight at least quarterlyWork well within a team as we are focused on winning togetherSelf-motivated and driven to achieve goalsAbility to interact with both internal and external stakeholdersHigh level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development is strongly preferredPrior healthcare experience is preferred, but not requiredxa0Physical RequirementsAbility to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
