In this role, youll manually test the software that powers utility billing operations - meter data, billing calculations, payments, adjustments, and reporting - working closely with developers, product managers, and fellow QA team members to catch defects before they reach our customers. Youll design and execute test cases, document defects clearly, validate functionality, and help maintain reliable, thorough test coverage.
