The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.</p>

Responsibilities:
<div><div><br/>Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including the activities performed by Behavior Technicians.</div><div>Conducts initial and six (6) month assessments and recommends plans which drive outcomes aligned with clients' goals.</div><div>Provides supervision Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.</div><div>Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month.</div><div>Develops child specific Behavior Treatment plans.</div><div>Ensures all licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for both themselves and their Behavior Technicians.</div><div>Returns required documentation in a timely fashion (as outlined in company policy) to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements.</div><div>Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation to ensure accurate representation of services performed and quality service documentation.</div><div>Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint and coaches and guides improvements.</div><div>Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met.</div><div>The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth.</div><div>Performs other related duties as required.</div></div>

Qualifications:
<div><div>Master's degree from an accredited university which meets BACB guidelines.</div><div>BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level (Market Specific) requirements are met.</div><div>1+ Year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.</div><div>Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete the course within the first 60 days.</div></div>

Posted Salary Range:
USD $65.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.

Responsibilities:
<p><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p>To manage assigned account portfolios in accordance with stated objectives, Trust Policy and State/Federal fiduciary regulations. Qualifications:
<p><strong>Education/ Training: </strong></p><ul><li>B.S. or B.A. degree with a major in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting preferred.</li><li>Advanced level of technical knowledge, as evidenced by the completion of Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Financial Advisor, or related accreditation in order to obtain and analyze financial information in order to forecast business, industry and economic trends as a basis for making investment decisions. </li><li>Specialized personal trust and employee benefit education and training.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Strong reading, writing, grammar, computer, and mathematics skills; strong interpersonal relations and communicative skills; a thorough knowledge of investments, trust services, and employee benefit services; valid drivers license.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience as a Trust Investment Officer or related field normally required, with at least five (5) years’ experience in investment field.</li></ul>
