Required: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management, or closely related and 3 years’ experience in technical systems analysis, business system analysis or in a software development role; experience must include 3 years eliciting and documenting requirements using a variety of methods including interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering meetings, use cases, user stories, business analysis, and task / workflow analysis; 3 years proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Scope and Requirements Documents, Use Cases, User Stories, UML, Wireframes, Screen and Interface designs; and 1 year using Microsoft SQL Server Management and Writing SQL queries including complex queries, OR Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management, or closely related and 1 year experience in technical systems analysis, business system analysis or in a software development role; experience must include 1 year eliciting and documenting requirements using a variety of methods including interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering meetings, use cases, user stories, business analysis, and task / workflow analysis; 1 year proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Scope and Requirements Documents, Use Cases, User Stories, UML, Wireframes, Screen and Interface designs; and 1 year using Microsoft SQL Server Management and Writing SQL queries including complex queries. Ideate, build, enhance and support IT systems that leverage OCR, Machine Learning, AI and RPA technologies to improve user experience, automate manual processes, and optimize human and financial capital investment.
