NOTE: Education may substitute for IT experience up to six (6) years for a master's degree, up to four (4) years for a bachelor's degree, and up to two (2) years for an associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field. The program provides executive leaders, business stakeholders, WaTech, the Office of Financial Management (OFM), and legislative stakeholders with information necessary to support informed decision-making regarding technology investments, risk management, and operational sustainability.
