This position assists in fostering a positive school culture, supporting instructional excellence, maintaining a safe learning environment, and ensuring that school programs align with the mission, philosophy, policies, and goals of the MSD of Decatur Township and applicable state and federal guidelines. The Elementary Assistant Principal supports the Building Principal in providing leadership, coordination, supervision, and management of the school program and operations.
