ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Certification is a plus; training and certification support will be provided for qualified candidates; OSHA safety training preferred; ability to obtain required certifications upon employment; Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document field observations and project findings; Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments; Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF software; Ability and willingness to travel regularly to project sites throughout the NYC metropolitan area, including occasional work outside normal business hours; Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum 2 years of asbestos inspection, air monitoring, project monitoring, construction inspection, materials testing, or related experience preferred; One or more of the following certifications strongly preferred: NYS Asbestos Inspector.
