Qualifications: A bachelor's degree with a focus in engineering or construction management; MS or MBA is highly preferred; Minimum ten (10+) years field experience in the construction industry; Prefer those with cost estimating, change order pricing, prepared time requests, and/or experience in managing claims; Developed, prepared, maintained, updated, reviewed, and analyzed schedules (P6, MSP, and any other scheduling platforms); Must have excellent technical writing skills; Experience working collaboratively with and leading teams; and/or. We offer professional construction consulting experience and competence in fact finding, data analytics, claims/dispute analysis and management, and litigation support; along with technical expertise in engineering, architecture, construction management, public contracting, specifications and technical document development, schedule development and analysis, cost analysis, negotiations, and expert witness testimony.
