ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Recruits, Hires, Onboards, Develops and leads a high-performing team • Builds a strong and diverse team with an inclusive culture that brings out each team member's strengths and ignites actions • Manages and develops others toward excellence in their role and with an eye toward their long-term development • Establishes ongoing, regular cadence to facilitate collaboration, training, and support of the team • Progress monitors execution of responsibilities of the team with a high bar for accountability in order to drive operational excellence. • Designs and continually evolves school-based operations policies and procedures such as arrival and dismissal • Implements an ongoing monitoring system that reviews and addresses family, teacher, and student feedback • Completes safety drills, audits, and documentation on given schedule • Ensures all staff are trained and understand relevant day-to-day and safety procedures • Ensures the front office and all family-facing systems are organized, welcoming, and responsive • Oversees regular communication rhythms with families regarding important school information.
