Provides all services related to hearing aids., including, but not limited to, hearing aid evaluations, counseling patients and families regarding results of evaluations, hearing aid counseling, electroacoustic and real ear testing of hearing aids, trouble-shooting hearing aid failure, adjusting hearing aids, setting programmable instruments and the hardware/software related to them, earmold impressions and modifications of earmolds. Provides services to patients of all ages, from birth to extreme age, including, but not limited to, hearing screening in the Intensive Care Nursery, auditory brainstem screening of the pediatric population, otoacoustic emissions testing and other age-specific/functional-specific procedures.
