Tour Planning, Scheduling & Logistics: Plan and coordinate tours for diverse groups-including Tesla employee family and friends, customers, VIPs, internal teams, and educators-while managing all logistics such as check-in, safety briefings, and accessibility accommodations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Workplace, Catering, Community Engagement, Transportation, Subject Matter Experts, Security, and Reception teams to coordinate logistical support for Giga, LFP, and Energy factory tours.
