In this key role, you'll be the go-to person for all guest needs during the night shift, handling everything from reservations and check-ins to addressing guest inquiries. If you're an organized, dependable multi-tasker with a positive attitude and a strong knowledge of the local area, we want you on our team!What You'll Do:<ul><li>Guest Services: Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all guests. Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and accurately record charges for rooms, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees according to policy.</li><li>Guest Assistance: Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints with comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, amenities, and local attractions, including restaurants, shopping, attractions, and churches.</li><li>Night Audit & Paperwork: Complete the Night Audit Checklist, manage cash logs, call logs, and maintain all necessary paperwork. <h3>Scope of Position</h3>The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing night operations and accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with hotel policies and standards, and the safety and satisfaction of all guests and employees. This position safeguards hotel assets while balancing all income and expenses for each 24-hour period.
