WHAT YOU WILL OWN- Run the CMMS every day: create, assign, track, escalate and close work orders- Keep preventive maintenance schedules on track and coordinate them with technicians around a live production floor- Schedule vendor repairs, chase vendors, and track what they charge- Order parts and keep inventory at the right levels so a failure does not become downtime- Report on downtime, repair spend and parts spend, and flag the trends before they become expensive- Keep maintenance documentation clean and audit-ready- Be the single point of contact for maintenance during your shiftWHAT WE NEED- 2+ years running a CMMS or work order system as a core part of your job- Experience in an environment with real equipment and real deadlines: food production, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, hospitality, healthcare facilities, grocery, or commercial property- Genuinely strong with computers, spreadsheets and systems.
