Individual is responsible for the clinical administrative functions of patient intake, scheduling, and registration, and clinic-based activities required to ensure accurate billing and claims. This position serves as the front office point of contact for business ancillary service locations and is responsible to ensure timely and accurate responses to the client requests.
li>Reviews patient''s medical record to obtain necessary clinical information including patient history, lab results, and physician orders, obtains necessary clinical information from patients, and compares requisitions to physicians'' orders to ensure exam accuracy. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Experience paper and electronic billing for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, commercial insurances and workers compensation; including knowledge of hospital and professional claim forms strongly preferred. They are responsible for interactions with all Payers regarding timely and accurate claims filings, follow-up, appeals and applicable claims re-submissions.

Gather parts for shipment ensuring the type and quantity of parts match the order, inspect product and remove defective parts, record and document parts for shipment, package parts according to the order, utilize small package shipment systems as provided by carriers to create tracking labels, create supporting shipping documentation, move order to delivery area. Duties include preparing and crating orders by processing requests according to the bill of materials; pulling parts; preparing parts for shipment or assembly kits; verify accuracy of order; and complete associated electronic transactions in warehouse management system prior to parts leaving the area.
