Responsibilities include but are not limited to: designing worship aids, coordinating with presider(s) and other ministers on the logistics/structure of each (special) liturgy, ensuring sufficient ministers are present and instructed on what needs to be done, preparing binders for lectors, preparing presider guides, preparing anything needed for special liturgies (e.g., ashes, candles, holy water, etc.), .
