Familiarity using/supporting these products/technologies: Windows 10/11 Pro, Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Microsoft Intune, Enterprise Wifi, IP Telephony, Dell Latitude laptops, Microsoft Surface devices, iPads (used for specific line-of-business apps, not general use). CCNA/CCNP and current Microsoft role-based certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or Azure Administrator Associate) not required but beneficial; relevant experience may suffice.
