<p>The Manager of Transaction Management oversees all real estate transactions for House Buyers of America, managing both acquisition and disposition deals from contract through closing. This is a hands-on, player/coach role responsible for leading the transaction team while managing a personal pipeline in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires strong ownership, assertiveness, and the ability to solve complex transaction problems. The Building Engineer is responsible for providing assistance and support in the repair, maintenance, and installation of mechanical equipment, machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of commercial real estate establishments.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Repairs, maintains, and installs machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations.</li><li>Performs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.</li><li>Assists in ongoing preventive maintenance program in conjunction with other engineering and maintenance staff.</li><li>Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.</li><li>Identifies low levels in department inventory; maintains inventory including proper storage and knowledge of use.</li><li>Assists in compliance with Hazard Communication Program, including Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), labeling, storing and handling of materials, etc.</li><li>Assists with the identification of safety procedures, equipment and protective clothing requirements.</li><li>Responds to work orders as directed by management.</li><li>Assists in the application of key control policies and procedures.</li><li>Some travel may be required.</li><li>Regular and predictable attendance at the Company’s place of business during scheduled work hours is an essential function of this job, unless otherwise required by federal, state or leave of absence laws.</li><li>Working knowledge of Building Automation Controls preferred.</li><li>Periodically perform on call and overtime duties as outlined by Property Manager.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Associate degree (A.
