What you'll do: As a Banking Operations Business Analyst you''ll support Enterprise initiatives with the implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products and processes within the Payment and Digital space and act as a Functional SME, having a clear understanding of the business needs, processes, change impact, and end user experience. Support specialized deposit operations work across informational tax reporting, FATCA, NRA, withholding, B-Notices, TIN matching, IOLTA, inactive and dormant accounts, special referrals, and unclaimed property, including data validation, exception resolution, control evidence, filing or remittance readiness, and appropriate escalation.
