Qualifications: 13+ Years of experience Extensive experience in the U.S. banking and payments industry, with a strong focus on solution consulting Deep U.S. Payments domain expertise, including ACH, Wires, and Real‑Time Payments (e.g., RTP, FedNow) Proven experience in enterprise sales or solution‑led selling for complex technology or payments modernization initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead executive‑level client engagements, including deal qualification, value positioning, and closing Strong capability in solution shaping and requirements definition to support sales pursuits and proposals Experience working cross‑functionally with product, architecture, and delivery teams to support outcomes Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
