The Business Development Director will contribute immediately to opportunity identification, customer engagement, capture planning, teaming, and proposal positioning across DoD organizations, including the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Air Force, Space Systems Command, and other defense and national security customers. • Collaborate with program managers, engineers, operations leaders, proposal support, and executive leadership to align pursuits with company capabilities, contract performance, staffing strategy, and growth priorities.
