This position is accountable for performing a variety of loan servicing duties associated with the servicing of consumer and residential loans; collaborating with other lines of business across Heritage Financial Credit Union ((HFCU) to ensure all Real Estate and Consumer loan accounts are transacted and managed with the critical and creative thought process that ensures delivery of timely and high impact service, internally and externally. Perform general Loan Servicing duties received through eRequests, including, Skip-A-Pay setup, sub-actions, payoff letters, payment reversals, payment postings, ODLOC & UNLOC closeout requests, loan research & recalculations, late fee refunds, and other servicing-related requests.
