What You'll Need: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 7+ years of experience (or master's degree with 5+ years of experience); • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale, cross-team initiatives; • Experience with web/mobile technologies (React, TypeScript) and backend systems (e.g., Java, APIs, distributed systems); • Experience with APM(Datadog, Dynatrace) and AWS technologies ( EC2, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB); • Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces, defining structure, priorities, and execution plans; • Strong understanding of B2C web applications; • Demonstrated experience influencing technical architecture and business strategy across multiple teams without direct authority; • Experience driving multi-quarter programs with measurable business impact (e.g., revenue lift, cost reduction, reliability improvements); • Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering complex systems at scale; • Preferred: Experience in high scale e-commerce platforms. This role will own the portfolio planning, technical coordination, and delivery support for enhancing Chewy's Healthcare B2C platforms like Telemedicine including integrations with checkout, payments, and other partner integrations across our e-commerce and Healthcare teams.
