Visa’s Global Data & Platform Services organization is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, delivery, and life‑cycle management of Visa’s Data Production capabilities, including data processing pipelines and real‑time data streaming platforms. Reporting to the Director of Global Data Services within the Global Data Office, you will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for core data platform capabilities that power analytics, AI/ML, real‑time decisioning, and mission‑critical payment services across Visa.

Working closely with Visa’s Chief Privacy Officer, the Technology organization, Government Solutions, the wider data community, and the full set of Visa’s global lines of business, the Global Data Office is evolving Visa’s data and AI-related work with momentum and enthusiasm. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD • 6 plus years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or similar roles with experience in SaaS and scaled customer-facing environments • A systems mindset with demonstrated experience developing strategy, building business cases, and influencing cross-functional and senior leaders • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Contribute to product discovery, working closely with Product leaders, Data Scientists, UX teams and other stakeholders to establish a clear understanding of the target users’, pain points to ensure solutions meet the required product outcomes.

  • Work with product leaders to understand product area vision and goals, communicating with stakeholders and working with product engineering teams to ensure that the team maintains a cohesive vision and delivers outcomes that are aligned to goals.
