Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting job site safety audits, performing job hazard analyses, coordinating, and delivering safety training programs in partnership with the Senior Safety & Risk Manager, leading and participating in incident investigations, and effectively communicating safety-related information across the organization. The Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating ElectriCom's safety and health programs while partnering with the Senior Safety & Risk Manager and company leadership to develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
