The Director leads a team of Senior Program Directors, Regional Leads, and Program Managers, ensuring consistent execution, client stakeholder alignment, and seamless integration between capital projects and ongoing facility operations. Reporting directly to the Global Principal, this executive role holds overall operational responsibility for regional program delivery across multiple metropolitan hubs, including New York, Boston, Chicago, Seattle, São Paulo, and Mexico City.
