Build and maintain trusted, sustained relationships with county commissioners and councils, Kentucky fiscal courts and judge-executives, mayors and city councils, plan commissions and zoning boards, state and regional economic development organizations, community groups, civic leaders, educational institutions, and workforce partners in the Indiana and Kentucky data center markets you cover. Direct experience working for or engaging with county and municipal governments and a broad set of community stakeholders on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects, with a working understanding of how local politics and community dynamics actually play out.
