Develop an all-star team • Partner closely with the CEO to set company strategy and ensure alignment across the executive team and broader organization • Build scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support global, multi-channel growth • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and capital allocation • Develop financial metrics and dashboards that enable clear performance management • Lead investor relations and Board communication • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to evaluate the business, new opportunities, partnerships, and global expansion • Serve as a key voice with the Board of Directors, investors, and other external stakeholders, alongside the CEO • Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance across the company. You have: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance in consumer goods, retail, or adjacent industries Proven track record as a CFO in a fast-scaling, global, multi-channel business Deep financial expertise, including financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance management MBA and/or CPA preferred Investor relations and Board communication experience Business development or M&A experience preferred, including deal evaluation, integration planning, or partnership development Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills, with ability to operate as a trusted partner to the CEO and Board High integrity, low ego, and a collaborative leadership style.
