This role owns the full range of commercial and project legal execution — customer and offtake agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, equipment supply, interconnection and site agreements — while also leading project financings, tax equity structures, and co-investor partnerships alongside the CBO and CFO. Help structure, negotiate and draft, in coordination with outside counsel, the full range of commercial and project agreements: offtake and energy sales, EPC, O&M, equipment supply and procurement, interconnection, site control, and partnership agreements.
