Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Compliance Case Management: Establish and maintain a centralized compliance case management system that receives, logs, classifies, prioritizes, assigns, and tracks compliance cases, maintains case status from initial identification through final closure, defines case‑severity classifications and escalation thresholds, monitors aging and overdue cases, identifies recurring issues and systemic trends, coordinates corrective‑action plans, verifies that required corrective actions have been completed, and preserves complete case documentation and audit trails. Federal, State, and Local Compliance: Maintain awareness of changes to compliance requirements and ensure affected cases are appropriately updated, thereby supporting administrative and contractual obligations, workforce requirements, Davis‑Bacon requirements where applicable, contractor/subcontractor requirements, reporting obligations, and documentation and evidence requirements.
