The CAE is the senior leader responsible for building and directing an independent, risk-based internal audit function that provides objective assurance over governance, risk management, internal controls, regulatory readiness, and the effectiveness of key programs and processes. At least 8 years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, risk, compliance, accounting, or a related assurance discipline, including significant experience leading complex audits or an audit program.
