Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldCPA designationAt least five years of experience serving as a CFO or in an equivalent senior financial leadership roleExperience with nonprofit financial management, international finance management, GAAP compliance, board reporting, budget and forecasting, audit management, and staff leadershipPreferred qualifications include:Master's Degree in Business or a related fieldInternational financial management experienceKnowledge of federal grant complianceEndowment management experienceFamiliarity with Sage MIP (Abila) accounting software. The CFO serves as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, leading financial strategy, long-range financial planning, enterprise risk management, internal controls, treasury management, financial compliance, and organizational stability.
