SUMMARY: The Intensivist will provide critical care intensive support for all patients admitted, including providing daily triage rounds, providing Critical Care consultation, managing Code Blues, supervising invasive procedures in the ICU and elsewhere at Highland as needed, and optimizing the use of ICU beds. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, and certifications, departmental equity, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the operational needs of the organization.
