Lead the Enablement / Chief of Staff function for Workforce & Experience Technology and Employee Platforms CTO, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical program managers, and finance and business management, and HR teams to oversee technology spend, monthly finance and business reviews, revised forecasts, and budget alignment, HR needs. As a trusted partner to the WxT CTO, you will sit at the center of the organization to drive portfolio governance and operational oversight, connect strategy to execution, measure outcomes, and lead key rhythms across organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, financial management, and communications/change management in a complex technology environment.
