This role performs cycle counts, leads difficult or complex counts, verifies count accuracy through audits, coordinates daily count activity, and provides technical support to Cycle Counters. The Inventory Control Manager retains responsibility for staffing, performance management, discipline, policy ownership, complex investigations, corrective-action approval, inventory performance accountability, escalation, and management reporting.
